Colony Cove offers its residents two excellent swimming pools, and a well-appointed clubhouse equipped with Wi-Fi. The clubhouse serves as a venue for various activities, including meetings, breakfasts, dinners, dances, theatrical performances by the Entertainers, card parties, billiard games, art, exercise classes, and other indoor events.

The clubhouse and pool are conveniently located next to the Cotee River and our lagoon. Residents can enjoy outdoor spring concerts, utilize the boat ramp, storage compound, marina, and have access to the Gulf Coast via the river. Our picnic grove, situated on a peninsula extending into the river, is ideal for barbecues, roasts, and other social activities. It provides an excellent setting for socializing and enjoying quality meals. Additionally, at the park office, you will find the mailroom, laundry facilities, and a library.
